Privacy Notice

1. Scope

This notice covers the SylvariaDex website and pre-launch list.

2. Information we collect

When you join the list, we record only:

• the email address you provide;
• your selected language;
• the form location, consent version, and consent timestamp.

The waitlist database does not store your raw IP address. Cloudflare may process technical and security information when it delivers the site, runs the form, or performs an anti-abuse check.

3. How we use it

We use your email to confirm your registration and send one SylvariaDex launch message. We also use the record to prevent duplicate registrations and to honour deletion requests. Joining this list does not create an app account or subscribe you to an ongoing newsletter.

4. Your choice

Joining is voluntary and requires your explicit consent. You may withdraw before the launch message is sent by writing to support@sylvariadex.com from the address you registered.

5. Storage and service providers

The site uses Cloudflare Pages, Pages Functions, and D1 to deliver the website and store waitlist registrations. Cloudflare Turnstile may be enabled to prevent automated abuse. Resend processes your email address and message delivery data to send the registration confirmation and launch email. We do not sell or rent waitlist information. It is shared only with providers needed to operate this service or when required by applicable law.

6. Retention

Waitlist entries are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the pre-launch list, send the registration confirmation, and send the launch message. You may request deletion at any time.

7. Access, correction, or deletion

To ask whether your address is on the list, correct it, or request deletion, contact support@sylvariadex.com. We may ask you to confirm control of the registered email address before acting.

8. Changes and contact
