These terms apply to the SylvariaDex pre-launch website and its information list.

1. Pre-launch information
SylvariaDex is under development. Features, pricing, availability, screenshots, and release timing may change before launch. Website information is provided to present the intended product and does not guarantee a release date or access.
2. The pre-launch list
You may voluntarily register an email address to receive a registration confirmation and one launch message. Joining does not reserve a purchase, create an app account, guarantee beta access, or require payment. Email handling is described in the Privacy Notice.
3. Identification limitations
SylvariaDex is designed to provide identification suggestions, not expert determinations. Results can be incomplete or incorrect and must not be relied on for medical, veterinary, food-safety, wildlife-handling, legal, or other high-stakes decisions. Consult a qualified local expert when certainty matters.
4. Responsible wildlife observation
Observe wildlife from a respectful distance, avoid disturbing animals or habitats, and follow local rules. Do not approach, handle, feed, collect, or consume an organism because of a website or app suggestion.
5. Intellectual property
The SylvariaDex name, branding, website text, interface presentation, and original assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. You may view and share links to this website for personal, non-commercial purposes, but may not copy or republish its protected materials without permission.
6. Future impact intention
The website’s impact statement describes a present intention, conditional on the project generating sufficient future net profits. It does not promise a donation amount, date, beneficiary, or that a distribution will occur.
7. Store and external links
App Store and Google Play links are placeholders until publication. Future third-party services and links will be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
8. Availability of the website
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free information. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
